On March 19, 2019, Brett Moyer, the Chief Executive Officer of Summit Wireless Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”), presented at the 31st Annual ROTH Conference. The presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. On March 19, 2019, the Company also issued a press release announcing the addition of five new companies to join the Wireless Speaker and Audio Association, which is operated by WiSA, LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
