11. Subsequent Events Nasdaq Notices On April 19, 2021, Nasdaq notified the Company that it regained compliance with Nasdaq’s audit committee requirements and the matter was closed. On May 12, 2021, Nasdaq notified the Company that it regained compliance with Nasdaq’s independent director requirements and the matter was closed.
